Late Season -- $10/box OR river diversion, per month

Any requests for late season water after 9/30 is subject to an ADDITIONAL $50 charge.
Consumer agrees to pre-pay for all other costs including mapping, filing, extra O & M and administrative charges that may be necessary as a result of the extended season.
Subject to the same policies, terms and conditions for furnishing water service to members during the regular irrigation season, May 1 to September 30 of each year. Consumer has read and understood supplier will provide extended service for the acres described above. This subscription is for one season only. THE DISTRICT DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR FAILURE TO MAKE DELIVERIES OR FOR DAMAGE THAT MIGHT OCCUR FROM FREEZE. The Extended water service will be at the sole discretion of Supplier.
Consumer assumes liability for freeze damage and shall hold harmless, indemnify and defend Supplier from all claims and awards arisihg from his use of said water service.
