Tualatin Valley Irrigation District is a proud member of Oregon Water Resources Congress (OWRC) and holds a seat on both their Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Over the past year, OWRC has worked to establish the Oregon Water Resource Foundation, a 503(c)(3) which provides scholarship opportunities to undergraduates pursuing careers related to water, agriculture, and/or natural resources.
